Happy Thanksgiving!

I hope that y'all have a great holiday with your family and friends this weekend! I'm going to spend the better part of the day making turkey 'n all the fixin's with the Boyfriend. We're gonna start early but it's no big deal because while we slave over the stove, we're going to eat some bomb deviled eggs and bacon-wrapped shrimp that one of our best friend, Bruce, is going to make.

And of course, watch some football while we cook - can't wait! I'm getting killed in my Fantasy Football league so I'm praying for a high-scoring Colts game tomorrow. GO Peyton Manning!! I'll be thankful to just not be in the bottom this week again.


What else am I thankful for? Chanel - how do I count the ways? My new favorite Hydramax moisturizer and who could resist those beautiful Glossimers?!


Dior 'DiorLight' Holiday Bright Lip Gloss ($90 US) is such a beauty, I can't help but be thankful for the geniuses behind this gem.

A Top Chef 3 Thanksgiving Day marathon on Bravo . I can't wait until the next season, but until then, I'll get my fix all day tomorrow! YAY Hung!

Happy Birthday!!

Boy are there a lot of birthdays going on today! My boyfriend, my Auntie Le, and my boyfriend's brother's girlfriend, Faye, all share the same birthday!! Hope you all have a fantabulous day!

Lost Camera!

I'm back from my weekend in Orange County and my cousin's wedding was so much fun! The sad thing is, I left my camera full of the weekend's pictures inside the taxi cab on the way home from the wedding reception (sobbing inside). We took so many pictures of the wedding at the church and reception; it was so beautiful and my cousin was gorgeous!! The 11 bridesmaids in matching Persimmon-colored dresses were so cute as well - I wish I could show you!

When I get some photos from the other girls' cameras, I'll definitely post some up!

Thanks for the comments on my makeup, I actually went with the navy/coral combo at the last minute. But don't you worry, I'm keeping my CHANEL eye shadow duo for another special occassion - maybe Tuesday!

Calling All Ladies for Beauty Advice!

Okay Ladies, I'm going to be in my cousin's wedding next Saturday, Nov. 10th, and my bridesmaid dress is Persimmon AKA orange - LOL. I'm looking for some beauty advice on color palettes that you think would go well with this color of dress. Here's a picture of the dress and my dyed-to-match shoes! Note that the color of the dress is more orange than red like it looks in this photo.
